What awaits you?

  • They provide professional advice and support to their customers on all matters relating to service, repair technology and cost-effectiveness, as well as bodywork accident repair and painting.
  • Your responsibilities will include order processing, expert opinion evaluation, invoicing, and receivables management.
  • You use digital media and applications for consultation and communication.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for handling warranty and goodwill claims as well as preparing cost estimates.
  • Finally, check the quality of the work performed.

What are you bringing with you?

  • Completed commercial or automotive technical vocational training, certified retail specialist or service advisor qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Customer-oriented and cost-conscious thinking and action.
  • Strong quality awareness, commitment and reliability.
  • IT affinity.
  • Excellent German and English skills, ideally additional language skills.
  • Driving licence class B or III.
